What is zone?
Zone is used to manage shared resources between wo24 and guests. This helps create a gray zone so that you could use it without log-in.

This is a temporary link for users who are not familiar with logging into the system. To simplify the process of accessing and using for the first time, a secret link is created so users can view information without logging in.

Zone là gì?
Zone dùng để quản lý tài nguyên chia sẻ giữa wo24 và guest. Khu vực này giúp tạo ra một vùng xám (grey zone) để không login vẫn có thể sử dụng được.

Đây là dạng link dùng tạm cho user chưa quen với việc login vào hệ thống. Để đơn giản quá trình tiếp cận và sử dụng trong lần đầu, secret link được tạo ra để user có thể xem thông tin mà không cần login.
Phương thức publish link
Có một phương thức publish link hiệu quả từ project (private message):
- Chuyển project vào zone
- Publish link
- Chuyển project đó trở lại về private message
Khi này, publish link vẫn tồn tại và sử dụng được.
